Every automation you run, finally under control.
Synoptial connects your platforms, catches the flows that fail or drift into disuse, shows what each automation really costs, and which ones call an AI model.

Waitlist
The beta opens in waves. Take your place.
Synoptial is being built right now, and each wave of access is deliberately small: I connect the platforms one at a time and answer everyone personally. Joining costs nothing, commits you to nothing, and locks in the founder rate.
20 seats at the founder rate
Join the waitlist-
Up to 50% off for life
The founder rate stays attached to your account, with no time limit and no commitment, including if you move to a larger volume tier later.
-
First come, first served
No opaque selection: the list is worked from the top, wave after wave. You know what you are waiting for, and one word takes you off it.
-
You shape what comes next
Direct access to the person building it. What you are missing jumps ahead of the rest of the roadmap.
Plainly: the product is young, not everything is there yet, and that is exactly what the discount pays for. Joining triggers no charge: billing starts once your access opens, and only if you still want it.
The problem
Nobody knows what your automations are doing.
They multiply across three platforms, run without an owner, fail in silence, and bill you every month.
-
They fail in silence
A flow goes down, nobody is told, and the business finds out three weeks later.
-
They outlive their project
Automations built for a project that ended years ago keep running, and keep costing.
-
AI spend is invisible
Model calls are buried in one global invoice, tied to no flow and to no owner.
The change
The same outage, two realities.
Without monitoring
- A billing flow dies on Friday evening; finance finds out on Tuesday.
- The AI invoice arrives as one global line; no way to say which flow spends.
- “Whose flow is this?” The person who built it left the company last year.
With Synoptial
- The failure is visible immediately, flow and owner identified.
- Every model call is tied to its flow, its cost and its owner.
- Every flow has an owner and a backup, reachable in one click.
Monitoring
One screen for three platforms.
Power Automate, n8n and Make land in a single directory: status, volume, cost, owner. Errors and dormant flows come out on top.
- Automatic detection of failing and abandoned flows
- Environment, licence, solution and DLP policy for Power Automate
- Filters by platform, status and AI usage
- Overdue invoice chasing Power Automate · 14 failures

- Contract archiving dormant · 47 d
- Inbound CV sorting Make · Claude Haiku
Accountability
Every flow gets a name, a purpose, an owner.
One record per automation: what it does in plain language, who maintains it, who steps in, what it consumes.
- Owner and backup, reachable in one click
- Business description a non-technical reader can follow
- Run history and success rate
- Owner · Sophie Bernard Finance Ops
- Backup · Julien Petit IT
- Success rate 91.4%

FinOps
The real cost, flow by flow.
Monthly cost, cost per run, AI share, annual projection. Enough to decide what to keep, what to fix, and what to switch off.
- Split by platform and six-month trend
- Cost per run, to spot the flows priced out of reason
- Export to your internal chargeback tools
- HR onboarding €86 · €0.07 / run
- Invoice chasing €76 · €12 AI
- Ticket digest €75 · €34 AI
- Market watch €60 · €22 AI
Who it is for
Three roles, one view.
-
Automation lead
You know what runs, what breaks and who to call, without opening three consoles.
-
IT director
Environments, licences, DLP: the estate fits into a frame you can show.
-
Finance
A cost per flow and per team, chargeable, instead of one opaque global invoice.
AI governance
Know exactly where AI is working for you, and what it costs.
Model called, tokens consumed, monthly cost, flows involved: every call is tied to an automation and to a named owner.

Frequently asked questions
Can Synoptial modify or break my flows?
No. The connection is strictly read-only: Synoptial inventories, observes and alerts, but never writes to your platforms.
Where is the product, concretely?
In beta. Monitoring, flow records and cost tracking are built; the connectors are being wired in, one platform at a time. That is why the price is a beta price, and why it stays yours afterwards.
How is AI cost calculated?
Every model call detected inside a flow is tied to that flow, priced at the provider rate (input and output tokens) and aggregated by month, by platform and by owner.
Do you handle several Power Automate environments?
Yes. Dev, Test and Prod come in separately, with the licence, solution and DLP policy of each flow.
Where is the data hosted?
In the European Union. Only the metadata of your flows: never the content your automations process.
