Security and data
Synoptial observes your automation platforms; it needs neither to write to them nor to read the content your flows handle. This page says exactly where the line runs.
Read-only, by construction
The connection to Power Automate, n8n or Make is made with read permissions. Synoptial inventories, measures and alerts; it never modifies, disables or triggers a flow. Revoking access at the provider cuts everything off immediately, without depending on us.
Metadata, never your data
What is collected: flows, their runs (status, duration, date), their errors and their model calls. What is not: the content your automations process. Not the invoices, not the tickets, not the CVs, not the messages.
Hosted in the European Union
Data lives on servers located in the European Union and travels encrypted (TLS). No transfer outside the EU.
Your data stays yours

The product is in beta, and so is this page
SSO/SAML and the public API are being built and announced as such on the home page. A precise question about a security point? Write to us: a real answer beats a badge.
